The closest location for urgent care is Morton Hospital, six miles south in Taunton, Massachusetts. The Boston Logan International Airport is 40 miles north.

A Stunning 150 Acres

Winnecunnet Pond spans 153 acres with beautiful, inviting waters. It has an average depth of five feet but can be as deep as 18 feet.

The lake is primarily used by residents but is also open to visitors. Popular lake activities include kayaking, canoeing, jet-skiing, and fishing.

Bass, chain pickerel, yellow and white perch, brown bullhead, black crappie, and northern pike can be caught from the lake. Ice fishing is one of winter’s most popular activities!

The Chateau Restaurant Norton is an upscale restaurant on the shore of Winnecunnet Pond. Many events, including weddings, are held at the restaurant, and Winnecunnet is the star backdrop.

Crue Brew Brewery, The Great American Pub, and Barrels and Boards are charming restaurants in nearby Raynham, Massachusetts.

There are many state parks in the area, perfect for the avid outdoors enthusiast. The closest is Borderlands State Park, Wheaton Park, and Blueberry Knoll Wildlife Area.
